In April 2020, the project team held the third enrichment talk with HK SciFest 2021, not limited to our partner schools but also open to the public. Nearly 80 audience members joined the talk in Zoom. Our project leader, Prof. Lam introduced the impact and importance of science and technology on agricultural production, including water-saving systems, planting systems, mechanization, use of chemical, crop improvement and digital communications in agriculture. Through the example of agriculture, impact and contribution of STEM to mankind shall be shown.
