A visit to Lee Kum Kee Headquarter in Tai Po was arranged for nine teachers from five secondary schools and ten members from two universities. Participants learnt about food technology in quality assurance, and product research and development, agricultural value chain as well as how can entrepreneurs could work with scientists in contributing to environmental sustainability and improving farmers livelihood.
